This format is typically used for complex machined parts requiring multi-stage internal operations, specific packing logic, and development cost tracking.

This format calculates Machining Cost (Total CC) by aggregating multiple machine-level steps from the detailed Machining Sheet.

4. Packing & Logistics¶
Format 2 includes a sophisticated packing calculator:
- Bubble Sheet: Piece-rate packing material.
- Bin Logic: Bin Cost / (Bin Life * Nos per Bin).
- Maintenance: Maintenance % on bin cost.
